As I read this article, it amazes me that this type of incident do happen in real life, Oww Come on...this problem can be solved just by simply implement a software check in the manufacturing process. Done! In my opinion, what a gross negligence on the manufacturer's side, this is a rookie mistake even though it happens to big companies.
Imagine this situation: One fine morning, ....."Dear, do you have any pic frame? so i can put our lovely photo." "No? Ok, let's go and buy one, make it digital this time".....
Drive, drive, drive.... ok arrived bought 1 (HAPPY!)....DRIve, drive, drive ...reached home (excited, can't wait).....open packaging, take out frame (euphoric)...plug in....BAM! Windows starts spitting out error messages and DAMN!
Wouldn't be nice would it? pukka
